In this episode, Rich has an in depth conversation with FA Qualified physio of treatment and management of sports injuries, Dave Callow, about the importance of personal prep for a game. Dave played football at senior county level before moving into the medical side of the game and doing his time at Bristol City and currently at Weston Super Mare. There’s some really interesting stuff including the importance of a good diet, training, types of injuries for both players & referees and how to treat them and a few things you probably do and take for granted without realising the negative effects.
