Not like anyone would be asking for a red anyway. They would be happy with the penalty, and for u10's if its not in the penalty area its not obvious

Remember the players skill level (not good) and that a obvious chance for an adult may not be for them. I find at that age players don't deliberately foul anyway so shouldnt be too much of a problem.

No the other assistant would not have been marked down. The referee should have noticed, but as a linesman its really your responsibility. Had the referee had noticed he would probably be marked UP.

I disagree. I referee football league youth matches, players and mangers expect misconducts to be dealt with.
