Nope, missed out :(. Got my hopes up when I previously received a mail saying that I'd been nominated by my CFA for consideration this year. Fingers crossed for some Vase & Youth Cup instead :)

Keep hopeful - there are still the replays to be appointed to! They'll be played on Tuesday 9th August and will be appointed by your county.

I did, but, rather embarrassingly will have to cry off owing to injury. I'm scheduled to have surgery on my Achilles at some point during the next 9 weeks and so closed my dates on MOAS from the 13th of August until next year because that's when I thought the new season officially starts. What a pillock I now look getting that appointment a week before my dates begin!! :wall:

Not quite the FA Cup but on something similar for the FA Wales, I've picked up a nice little FAW Trophy game in the first round on August 13th!

Ended up with my first 5 to 4 assessed middle instead so made for a nice alternative! Hope everyone involved enjoyed their FA Cup experience :)

Apart from county nominations, what are the minimum requirements for the early rounds? I.e what's the highest round a 5 or 4 can do?

That's an early fixture? Nice work though on the appointment.

Yeah I was happy, right up until it got reversed meaning it's now a few miles away, 45 to be exact and the FAW have appointed another official, been told I should get a R2 game instead now though

I'm not sure how the new levels from 3 up affect this but I have known level 4s be appointed as 4th Official on the Fourth Qualifying round (the last before the First Round).
