Where can I buy some that are actually card. I dont like these plastic ones or thin cards. Some sturdy card would be good.

Last week I was observed as an assistant on a game where the ref was being assessed. After two or three days i got a report from the observer and turns out I was given 78. Two questions. 1) What are the marks for an assistant out of? 2) Is 78 a good mark to get for my first ever premier game...

So I am hoping to become fitter to keep up with play more, any advice on a routine in which I can follow? Next is everyone says that there is A GOOD FL assistant referee in me and could go further but work could get in way which one shall i go for?
