The elusive LOTG book... No longer elusive!

As a heads-up, I'm in London on Thursday and next month and can ship from there. I can carry 5 books in total with me to ship. If someone wants, e-mail me in the next 15 hours on the above e-mail address. ^

Dolfin over Valkeen! Fantastic whistle but don't be fooled by the fakes. Lot of them out there.

The elusive LOTG book... No longer elusive!

Shipping is actually cheaper for international but I had to mark it up for the worst in case someone tries to order 20 books in one order or adds a uniform holder or something large the mailman loves pricing up on. Message me at sales@thetopref.com and I'll arrange a customised quote for you.

    L'arbitre Blog - DOGSO-H or Offside?

Hi @HullRef, I believe it's considered a deliberate save in the play (gaining an advantage by being in that position) because it was a shot on goal. If the "save" wasn't made, the ball would be in the net. I agree with @bester on the restart. The green colour-coding is the decision-making...

    L'arbitre Blog - Week 45

@Supermonkey A cookie if I think you are referring to what I'm looking at. :p Were you a little hungry at the time? The underarmour flats are pretty comfy although I wear them all the time so I may start looking for an alternative pair so my feet aren't in the same shoes! I would definitely...

    L'arbitre Blog - Refereeing Charisma

Agreed but from the other perspective, nice to have a change of face on the list or some officials would be on there forever and we'd have bad officiating with less experienced refs when they eventually retire.

    L'arbitre Blog - Refereeing Charisma

I would have thought so but I know of a similar referee in my area. It's a unique physical trait that distinguishes oneself! ;) He's got a ponytail.

L'arbitre Blog - FIFA Laws of the Game 2014-2015

No problem @Supermonkey. Just noticed it posted earlier today after a share on a facebook group. News is yet to ripple through to everyone though. World Cup appointments in the spotlight right now.

    L'arbitre Blog - Week 20

Depends on what grading system you use, I think... I would be a level 4 or 5? I think 5 but I'm not sure how each level is defined there. The kits did cost me an arm and a leg but should cover the cost for it hopefully soon (~£212). Would be using it extensively over the next four years (I...

    L'arbitre Blog - FIFA Letter & Freebies

It's fairly straightforward. Just need to directly ask them for equipment and let them know you are a ref and what your address is. Works best for referees within UEFA. Might be a postage thing.

    Buzzer Flags

I bought these three years ago and preferred the design. Price was very similar then. I heard Touchline flags are too short and the flags are plain/different which I didn't like. New Touchlines sound much better. Also handle of Ervo is huge in a sturdy and not a fully bulky way. Hopefully video...
