Agreed but from the other perspective, nice to have a change of face on the list or some officials would be on there forever and we'd have bad officiating with less experienced refs when they eventually retire.

It's fairly straightforward. Just need to directly ask them for equipment and let them know you are a ref and what your address is. Works best for referees within UEFA. Might be a postage thing.
