I've seen the full list of FA CORE 3 (Which was selected by the FA themselves rather than nomination by RDO as with CORE 1 and 2). There is a large variance in age range with a significant number born in the 70s and 80s. There is nothing 'ageist' about the group selected.

FA CORE 1 & 2 were nominated by County FA but FA CORE 3 candidates were chosen by the FA based upon various (non-age related) criteria

So confused as to how promotion is going to work at grassroots level, as well as how someone becomes eligible to apply for L4 under this new system

My bet's on Mike Jones. By his standards had a very good season and it's often the case the chosen individual has been 4th man before,something Jones has done and not Clattenburg.
