It is the way a referee patronises younger experienced referees to boost their own egos.How would you feel if you turned up at a cup final to run the line and then told to just give ball in and out of play and offsides when you are a qualified referee with a good amount of cup final experience ?.

Don't get your answer on that as I have not seen that match but the point I am trying to make is they felt highly undermined as they both have both passed their courses and experienced (One is a level 6 the other level 7) and was selected for the game as they have handled cup finals before as...
