Now I know its the first game and you don't want to see this type of caution but I think it's regardless if it's the first game or the last....

Brooks, I think it was, just gave a free kick away whilst they're 2-1 up and after whistle gone (and he clearly stopped/heard because you can see the frustration in the decision in his face) he then half volleys the ball away in the back row of the stands.
No card given.
The most blatant wasting of time you can ever see apart from a keeper walking to everything.

Except in the modern world, it doesn't actually waste much time, as a new ball gets tossed in by a ball boy. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be cautioned, but I think in those games with so many balls at hand, it isn't really delaying the restart--I think refs at that level are looking at whether to consider it dissent.
