In the first minute, Davies scored the goal and the ref played an advantage for the earlier foul on Mirallas.

The question is "Would Bobby Madley have sent the defender off for the foul? He stopped Mirallas and the Everton player would have had a shot at goal?

No way would he have pulled it back for the foul, that advantage signal was just for the cameras and the observer.

Yeah, he very clearly waited until the ball was in the net before he signalled for an advantage.
