I've looked through the assessment criteria for 7-6 and 6-5 (as this is most relevant to me) but I'm just curious what people would expect of a good or average referee at each level?

At your level we are looking for a referee to get the majority of decisions correct, and for promotion candidates we are asking ourselves if we believe the referee could become comfortable at the next level (after a settling in period)
Getting the basics right is the start point.
