Hi everyone, is there anyone on here that referee's in the Bury & Bolton league or has done recently? Been trying to figure out for ages if under 12's football uses the same rules as normal adult football. Like the pass back rule and offside mainly. Can't seem to find it anywhere on the BBDFL website and I emailed the person in charge of allocating games to referees for the league, asking him the same questions. But... no response; any help from anyone would be much appreciated.
