Ambitious but I want to try and get a cup final as either a middle or AR in my first season.
From you experience guys, do I have much of a chance?

Depends on who the refs sec is to be honest. You might have someone who's done it for years and would rather have his more experienced referees who he trusts, or you might have one who is trying to enhance referee development and is therefore more likely to give you one! You never know, my aim is the same as yours to be honest, would be a way of seeing how I've progessed through the season.
As for off the pitch, must start going running again!

Mine is to do everything to the best standard I can to make my grandad proud after losing him in November.

On the pitch I'd like to be able to play some part in one of the seasons cup finals/semis
