I'm Matty and I've just started my refereeing journey having had my first game last week (U15s) and it went well by and large, though there was a 10 minute period in the second half where tackles got a bit harder and I lost the game briefly.
Looking back, I need to be a lot more vocal and be more authoritative with my decisions.
Hoping to share my, and learn from others' experiences and improve and progress as a referee.
Looking forward to getting stuck in here...
