Goal scored by Shakhtar and looks like the Shakhtar number 6's (guy who gets booted trying to run away) celebration went a bit too far, as the Kiev players make a dart to confront him. It's the number 10 from Kiev who boots him, then a Shakhtar sub runs out and throws a punch at said number 10, for him to throw one back moments later.

Kiev 10 and Shakhtar sub duly sent off for VC, and Shakhtar number 6 sent off for 2nd caution, which I assume is for inflammatory behaviour. Few other cautions required, especially for the first Shakhtar sub that runs on and the Kiev number 17 who gets himself all worked up trying to get to the number 6.

Sometimes things escalate that quickly that as the referee you cannot be proactive to stop things like the situation above from happening.

In many leagues, every single person that entered the field during the mass confrontation would be sent off/expelled, whether they were trying to help settle things down or not.
