The CODA is the rapid AR’s change of direction test also used in futsal fitness tests round my way.

10m sprint, 8+8 crabbing and another 10 straight. According to Jan’s page, a/the target at the top level is a flat 10 secs.

In previous years I have gone under 9, but last week - and we only get one shot - I clocked 8.47 secs. And I’m 49!

Please massage my ego briefly or burst my bubble!
