Can anyone help me out - Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Sam Hutchinson has received 9 cautions this season, but two were in the same game and he was sent off. In terms of 10 yellows being a ban, is he classed as being on 9 or less because of the red card game?

Bit of a boast post... I had an email the other day informing me that I had been shortlisted for the Sheffield RA Up and Coming Referee of the Year. Completely out of the blue and absolutely chuffed to be nominated, so thanks to everyone at the RA, my RDP group, and the other refs I've worked...

I was just wondering if there are any rules surrounding cochlear implants? I presume they are allowed, but was wondering if they are a safety issue as obviously they are a bit of hazard with being a bit of plastic on the side of the head (reference the pic below) One of the lads at my match...
