Shock as black player in Russia (or other, similarly racist, eastern European country) is treated terribly by officialdom! I'm not inferring that that ref's a racist, too, but... if I recall correctly black players have been cautioned or sent off for reacting to racist abuse and/or disciplined...

I think this could be a once-in-a-career opportunity to caution a player who "acts in a manner which shows a lack of respect for the game". So I hope you take it!
