Interesting incident from Finland that shows a complete lack of team work and awarness by the match officials.
Ball goes out for a throw and the team takes a quick throw while another throw is taken at the correct place. Incorrect throw then leads to a goal...
Drugs
Im not sure FIFA are looking at recreational drugs here but performance enhacnging drugs are more of a risk. If you think of the pressure that some of the top flight Referee's are under to be fit and up with play it wouldnt suprise me if we found that one used something to help his...
Two thoughts on this - ill do two comments
Intoxication
Had an experince a few years ago now on a supply league. I had an issue where I could smell alchol on of my assistants breath. Spoke to the other assistant on the quiet and he had the same thought. However he appeared sober and it may...

I thought that. If its touched someone between the drop ball and entering the goal then my understanding is goal. If they score straight from the Drop Ball then corner/goal kick.
Then again in 19 years still yet to experience one
FIFA have released the Agenda for 126th International Board meeting to take place in March. There are a few interesting points on the agenda, however Im not sure how many of these will be approved.
One of the main things is a fourth sub maybe used duirng extra time. An interesting idea...
Been playing FIFA12 on the Ipod and loving it. However the demo for FM2012 came out last night and thats going to be played a lot over the coming weeks
I was at a new ref's course on Sunday and we had a chat about this. The feedback we gave to the new ref's was the angle he had, ideally would be side on.
On a recent new ref course I got asked this. My tip relax.
I've been a referee for a good while. I am still yet to find a goal keeper but a ball on his own net at a goal kick. Still yet to have a goalkeeper add markings on a pitch or any of the odd things in law.
Relax and if anything...
