Would nobody here give a red card for serious foul play? Surely it endangers an opponents safety, especially if kicked in the face

Imagine this, a player attempts a bicycle kick, the player makes contact with the ball but then kicks an opponent in the face afterward. Ball flies into the top corner. What do you do?
