When a player is running past the opposition s holding midfielder heading towards the back 4 .... and he is taken out....!!
I would be giving a yellow card even in low level pub football Lucas was very lucky to stay on the pitch
@Brian Hamilton I must say Brian the way you describe how the incident panned out I would be finding it very hard to keep the second yellow in my pocket .... Probably more so from a petulant teenager than otherwise :)
He must have caught you in a good mood ?:D
Don't you think Brian it is a skill to swap when the situation requires ?
Rather than having your assistants running around in the mud ?
and if the referee has a good game he should be marked up rather than down for his initiative ?
I did that very thing last season .... pitch was rather cut up on the left back side ...My assistants made the point to me and I had no problem swapping it round ....after a few minutes you get used to the change
Hope you know the angle I'm coming from here ?
we should be able to post mistakes and situations that occur during games and not get a rocket up our Arse from people who should be able to understand and sympathise with all situations .
Nice to see a bit of honesty on here for a change .....We all go out there every weekend and do our best .... Due to circumstances , Game situations and different personalities the variables are huge .... but always we get the"" LAWS OF THE GAME "" constantly rammed down our throats ..
Don't...
For me it very like the Second Yellow Coqelan ?? should have got in the first half for Arsenal away at Palace the ref for some reason only had a word ? Maybe some kind of FA directive this season to try to keep players on the pitch ??
