I would not be happy with this ....as you say he" Threatened" to record you, so it obviously didn't sit well with you ? Tell him not to , if you see a phone pointing at you ....get rid of him .

I think the drop ball is your only option in the situation you describe . If you give the FK to one side or the other and you call it wrong the other player is not going to be happy We are not there to guess what happened so 2 yellows and a drop is fair .

@David Sutton ....I'm still firmly in the complete waste of time camp if that 5th official in the Arsenal game last night is not shouting " Corner ,Corner" in the refs ear then something is wrong .

@McTavish I Said "Penalty and Red " ? we are talking about an advantageous outcome to the team that has been fouled .

TBH I would still give the Penalty and send off the keeper because this in my eyes provides a better advantage to the attacking team .

Having read all 5 pages of comments and opinions on this subject , my opinion hasn't changed . if you see a foul in the penalty area ....give it instantly . and sanction accordingly because if the striker runs on and scores (or misses) you can no longer send off the defender for DOGSO, leaving...

I tend to just write it ......! Yes ! ................Write it in a pad ! .... Old School :D
