Having had to spend a lot of time working to the test this year the main thing I've taken from it is working with a bunch of other refs away from the pitch. So much encouragement and abuse has been great.
Agree with Ryan try to let the players enjoy themselves too. But be prepared to take action when it's needed. There will probably be one team that take it really seriously you'll need to work a bit harder to carry them with you.
