    Referee social media accounts.

That page is nonsense ramblings of a bloke who wants to get on talksport.

Level 4 to Level 3 Promotion / Assessment Days

I understand it always varies depending on location etc, but where would you realistically have to finish in your merit table to be in with a shout? Top 10 usually enough or are you looking closer to the top 3/4 like mid season?
  3. Q

    Arrested for an elbow/assault

What doesn’t sit right with me is the amount of VC sending offs there are without police intervention. It feels like if the referee spotted this and sent him off, it might not have received the same social media traction and result in police involvement.

4-3 How many assessor assessments required?

You were quite right, I’ve just received my invite!
  5. Q

4-3 How many assessor assessments required?

Hit the noon deadline, looks like I’m unsuccessful. Still, in a good position, eyes on end of season!
  6. Q

4-3 How many assessor assessments required?

I’m hopeful. End of October numbers I was 3rd, and I’ve increased my average since then but I know with midseason it’s really limited numbers! Fingers crossed …

4-3 How many assessor assessments required?

Bloody FA and their delays. The wait is agonising :wall:
  8. Q

4-3 How many assessor assessments required?

I don’t believe they’ve been sent out as yet, but congratulations to those who get the golden ticket email for the mid season assessments next week!
  9. Q

    Promotion Assessment Dates

I’ve unexpectedly found myself in a position where mid season promotion is achievable and of course, I didn’t note down the date for the January assessment day, only the one in May. Does anyone have the date for mid season?

    Sheffield Wednesday vs Middlesborough

No words needed for this one
  11. Q

Ref halts game for 10 mins for spectator abuse to assistant

I get the feeling there’s more to this video than meets the eye. There’s absolutely no way that assistant hasn’t been called that, or something much worse, at any other game. That’s just the nature of refereeing unfortunately. So either he’s reacting this way all the time or something else has...

    Slurs in the car

It could make for a long car journey if you challenge them and it’s not your responsibility to educate them, so I only would if you feel comfortable enough to do so. However, I would contact your RDO so they can approach the referee in question.
  13. Q

    Darren England VAR

How do we all feel about the Gabriel handball? Deflected yes but that’s no longer a LOTG consideration. It’s unnaturally bigger and doesn’t sit that comfortably with me
  14. Q

    CHE vs FUL

Why is it just the VAR referee who gets ‘punished’. They recommend a review, rightly or wrongly. It’s still the onfield referee that makes the final decision. This gives the impression the onfield referee doesn’t get much of a say
  15. Q

    WBA v Portsmouth

The second one is a horrible situation for a referee. If he goes down it’s given but if he stays up, you’re continuously waiting for him to break free. We want to encourage players to stay in their feet but having done he’s come out worse off
  16. Q

    Observation

It appears in our pool 71.8 is around average which is slightly lower from what it was last season. That could be because the general scoring is lower but also an adaption period for people
  17. Q

    Wall or a fence?

It was pretty obvious there was a wall to be honest, there were 4 Chelsea players in a line with another lying down behind them
  18. Q

    Liverpool Vs Bournemouth

right guys, close the forum. We can never discuss subjective decisions again
  19. Q

    Ars v Tot (PSF)

I assume this was Arteta stood on the touchline blocking Porto from taking a throw in? This is typical Arteta, does it everything game and referees do nothing
  20. Q

    Luton v Wimbledon

Really poor example of the 8 second rule at the end there. Keeper parries a ball in the box, takes 3/4 steps and then does the Pickford knees to the floor in the motion of picking it up. Gets up snd runs toward an attacker and complains there’s a striker there before the referee finally puts his...
