Blimey, I don't envy whoever was refereeing!

I ordered Tuesday, called up Wednesday said I needed it before Saturday, the guy said he would "fast track" my order and get me next day delivery by a private company free of charge, so not too bad........

My kit and training wear arrived, absolutely love it, my best kit yet

I learnt a trick from Sian Massey, which I use for decisions as well as games, "put it on the shelf" it's happend you can't change it, so why dwell on it? Just get back to it, and try and get a mentor to your next few games and they will be able to guide you. I wouldn't be the referee I am...

Padfoot, are you trying to start silly arguments on here? I will put this as simply as I can, the FA say we can only wear predominately black kits with a small amount of white, this is the rule many referees agree with it, it's not going to change any time soon, so you have to choices really...

Fatref, without starting the whole coloured shirt "debate" again, your not technically allowed to wear the kit........

To be honest, I think it was just a joke from Mr Elleray, I don't think he would have said it in front of people if it was meant to be an offensive and racist comment, He's not that stupid.

This is getting ridiculous, these stories are starting to come more frequent, something really has to be done.........

Which HRM do you use?

Don't take your self too seriously, try an have some banter with them, I did some adult 5 a side games a couple of months ago and did my first game really seriously and ended up having the piss taken out of me, put some banter into the rest of my games and had no problems :)

It helps if you know people, My best mates dad, has just started managing a team that is going into an u19s development league and I offered to do their pre season friendlies a bit cheaper and I have some good games coming up :)
