Game went okay if i'm honest, played alot of advantage and had 2 happy teams at the end of the game, it was a game that I couldn't be arsed with but as I was told just before KO it was a 3rd v 4th and that gave me abit of motivation for the game. It was a good game; just think i've done too...

I started Open Age football 3 months before my 16th birthday, I was only on the line at this time but 4 months later I was in the middle on my own and now i'm going for promotion. If you have the confidence and support then go for it. Good Luck

Guys, I've been given my first open age game for the first weekend of December. I don't know whether to do it yet or wuss out. I've been on the line for loads of adults games but I'm not sure about whether to be on my own yet... Advice please??

I drink very little before, during or after matches... I do like to drink plenty of fluids just not when i'm about to ref:)

It happens in any match, whether its an u11s or open age game. I eat 2/3 hours before the game so I can't be hungry It occurs at random times, I could be half way through the warm up and feel sick or be getting changed and it will be in the back of my throat. My thoughts are normally reflecting...

It shows all the coaches and anyone else watching the game that its indirect. I got asked before by a coach if it was direct all because I didn't put my arm up. Better safe than sorry...
