I'm exactly the same but I do academy games a lot so i'm required to have the training kit for warm ups and warm downs otherwise its frowned upon sadly...

Sadly nothing could probably be done due to lack of evidence etc... You could report what you heard but with no/little proof it would be hard to justify your case
If I was you, I would go to the manager and get the manager to check with the FA if the paperwork got sent in. If not then the referee will get into some bother...
Score was 3-1 to the other team, they didn't get a goal from the IDFK but they did however get one in the closing minute making it 4-1... Goalkeeper deserved it for his attitude
