Point taken..though actually I don't think there is any definitive evidence either that his foot touched the ball or didn't...we just can't tell with the video provided. If he had attempted to play the ball and not touched it at all, I would agree with you that the attacker would be offside...

No offside as there was a deliberate play. Definitely no penalty as the attacker is outside the penalty area. No handball as it was not deliberate handling. Goal.
