There’s plenty of alternatives to A&H out there. if I recall correctly, A&H lost their PGMOL contract a few years back so have probably been struggling recently. I think KitLocker took on the PGMOL contract socks wise, I’ve found some on TheRefereeStore.co.uk. Pretty new set-up I believe, but...

Just seen the new nike kit for next season - what's everyone's first thoughts on it? I'm not keen on the coloured kit, but the black one seems okay. Not sure if I prefer this years one though.

I've done this twice this season. Point to first offence and show yellow card and point to the second offence and do the same. Bringing in the captain to explain at the same time, might help stop his team mates coming to congratulate you and shake your hand as you show the red card.

I've put it in to a scenario for you.... Home#7 tackles an opponent in a reckless manner. You play advantage (knowing you'll come back to caution home#7). 30 seconds on you still haven't gone back to home#7 as play hasn't stopped. He then tackles another opponent in a reckless manner (caution)...

Just to echo what Dan says here, pre match preparation is the most important thing of match day. Most referees ask AR to be at games at least 1hr 45m prior to the game. Normally 2hr. You need that time to build a little relationship with your colleagues especially from supply level and upwards.
