    Second Half of Games

Unless the 5-4 test has changed it is totally irrelevant imo. Jogging round non stop for 12 minutes does not mean a ref can keep up with play.

    Second Half of Games

Make sure that you drink plenty at half time but then get your head back on as if it was the first half about to start. If the first half of matches has been going well then your preparation is good, you just need to replicate it for the 2nd half to ensure that you remain focused, especially for...

    Gear Organizers

I have one similar to these, excellent piece of kit. I got mine from a referee supply company that went bust a few years ago so they may even be the same, just unbranded.

    OFINABUS?

Agreed, it is not arguing about a decision it is either banter, so you give a witty response, or offensive which means they take an early bath.

    Bobby Madley is back

I am a follower and think it is excellent news. There is one Twitter user who is not happy at all, he feels the original punishment was too lenient.

    Bournemouth spit their dummy out

I don't have a problem with ref's giving something back. I have always done it myself.

Denying a goal by a handball offence

Since when is VAR being used only for Obvious Errors? I know that is what is meant to happen but reality is somewhat different

    Who supplies the flags?

Not if your name is Reuben lol

    Who supplies the flags?

The ref concerned is now stating that the match wasn't delayed by the lack of flags, even though there are pictures of them using bibs instead and many comments regarding the delay.

    Who supplies the flags?

Interesting isn't exactly what I would call it lol. Amazing to think that he is allowed to mentor young referees as well, so that is another bunch who will obviously be turning up for games without flags.

    Who supplies the flags?

I have never been out with him but Bobby reckons his briefing has always been pretty much the same, even on the EPL with the same ARs -

    Who supplies the flags?

Reuben is adamant that he has never purchased a set of flags, he has only ever used ones supplied by the clubs, even when he was a level 3.

    Liverpool v Shrewsbury

From what a member of the SG said it is up to the VAR to state when a new period of play starts, during real time so that the VAR assistant knows where they have to rewind to.
