ryan you have the right attitude listen and learn you will go far, I must start doing that as I have my first contrib line on Saturday so I am sure I will have a few errors to sort out after or even before..... assessment looks good take the good points and improve them take the not so good...

do you brief your club asst, very much similar just tweak to what you would like but be aware that some officials will take gospel what you tell them, ie if they haven't been told the wont do it.......... I have a word for that wouldn't lower myself on here though to use...

HRW again being assessed comes down to referee level also as 4s and above on the line are, 5-4 promotion are also and the referee on all my matches marks the assistant too so in your own hand be it

me personally let the players know from the beginning if you do start stepping out of line appropriate sanctions will happen no if no buts PERIOD just play football

yellow /red reported mmmm friendlies I sent a player off last season (pre season friendly yes reported it violent conduct result 1 match ban from the next friendly ) how is this policed ??? but if the same player causes an abandonment he can be charged with misconduct :)
