Owen I think GFA is 20 OA middles and 5 lines.

    Assessment

Contact your RDO and see if there is someone who is a mentor and they may be in a position to give you constructive feedback about your performance. Assessors are generally paid by the FA to assess, so if you are after an assessment just to see how you are doing they may well not appoint...

    Proposed Changes for 2014/15?

Bin offside. No-one talks to the ref except the Captain and he calls him Sir or Ma'am. Any "free" kick should be kicked in any direction and at any distance. Bin IDFK.

    dangerous challenges

"But he got the ball ref"........every single weekend!

    6 second rule

But its only in Norfolk that you can put up one hand and say "Counting six seconds from now keep.":p

    Serious Foul Play or not?

No offence. If there is no challenge by two players for the ball, there is no foul. If the two footed jump is done so that there is no dangerous play (i.e. the opposition player is not close enough to be endangered) no free kick. Play on.

That looks spookily like the umbro diamond but without the umbro badges. Nice price if it is.

Handball in box what would you give?

Don't get me wrong. Totally agree. I certainly wouldn't have given it.

Open Age First Game, First Red

Totally agree. That is my point. If that is exactly what is said that is what you should put. There is no room for interpretation there. Monkey, I understand where you are coming from but how you feel is also a fact. Otherwise, where is the evidence that someone is offended, insulted or...

Handball in box what would you give?

As was once told to me "You don't have to agree with my decisions, but you do have to accept them." I think this appies here.:)

    Match fees

Its normally covered in competition/league rules. In one of the leagues I cover the rules are that the ref must be paid within 15 minutes otherwise the team gets a fine. I'm generally in the shower 15minutes later so I am not too precious about them paying me a bit later. However, I do not...

    Open Age Dissent or Persistent?

If you told him the caution was for dissent then that is what you must send it in for. Not that cautions are challenged, but you would have difficulty explaining yourself that you cautioned for dissent but submitted a report for persistent.

Open Age First Game, First Red

I know that you have put your forms in, but for future reference you ought to say how you felt. I don't think it is enough just to say what offence you sent him off for. In the example given above there is no "evidence" that his language was offensive, insulting or abusive. You would be...

Handball in box what would you give?

And on that basis, JamesG's mate was absolutely right. Penalty and red for DOGSO. He must have been right as he blew it and gave it. ;)

    Ooooh owie owie owww

With you on that. Push a needle in right at the edge of the blister and drain. The blister will deflate and leave a "protective" covering over the raw skin. Always worked for me - and my old wife.

    Dangerous Pitch

Done that a couple of times during ladies games at the tail end of last season. Well appreciated by the players.

    Were they offside?

My first instinct was goal. Nothings changed.
