It sounds very much like a game that would be classified 'not suitable for assessment' and therefore I can't see it counting. With a long time still to go in the assessment season I fully expect you to be assessed again
Echo the points made above but I do the coin toss first as I have the skippers with me I ask them to call their players up for the minutes silence, saves me shouting at both teams and looks more respectful.

I find that if I'm questioning anything it's not a good sign. I know and am expecting that sort of game on sat between first and second in my local premium division. I'll look to bung a couple of cautions in before the ten minute mark.
I thought I was fortunate that my game was on and it was a div 3 first v second both 100% going into the game. But after a decent first hour all hell broke loose and I ended up with 6 cautions and 2 reds, with a number of the yellows particularly stupid!
