Stonewall DOGSO. Taking the picture at the wrong time doesn't explain this mistake. If you took a late picture here then you'd see the ball is moving slowly, and the closest defender was running back to cover the goal line.

PGMO refs don't give penalties if the fouled player isn't going to reach the ball so wouldn't make sense to give them here. Not seen the incident.

It would be still a red card if it was directed at the player. Although the ordering of words makes it very unlikely the words weren't directed at you!
