    BHA v LEI

All fair points. I'd still expect him to see the HB and to give the 2nd. Opinions eh! Thanks

    BHA v LEI

I watched it on MOTD and there's an angle from behind showing how he really should have seen it... It's the just the unwillingness to give stuff I find irritating

    BHA v LEI

2 nailed on penalties that both required Darren Bond to visit the screen. 1st at 0:40 handball 2nd at 2:05 foul I'm struggling to see why he didn't give them in real time....

    Kent cup ref highlits

And from the video, he definitely wasn't off his line... Really made it hard work for himself, didn't he?

    Kent cup ref highlits

Poor day for him, reminds me of a 1st half I had last year, also videoed...... At 2nd half KO player said to me "hope you're not gonna be trending like 1st half ref..." 😅

    Advantage but offside

Yes he was, he made the pass despite the tackle.

    Advantage but offside

Its much more simple. Foul on player 1, played advantage as he passed to (offside) player 2 who scored. Flag up, back for the DFK

    Advantage but offside

Offside was after the advantage, on the forward pass as I was signalling.

    Advantage but offside

    Great thanks 👍

    Advantage but offside

Interesting one today, U18s game, blue v white . White's are attacking, get fouled but I signal advantage. I don't notice the CAR then immediately flag offside.... White's score, I then clock the offside so call it back for the foul saying no advantage gained as offside straight after. Am I correct?

    Just my first U16 match.

Sounds like you did well 👍 I agree that this is a straight red, player is calling you a cheat.

    Crystal Palace vs Millwall

I don't think he did, no. Presume he thought it was just a coming together.

    Crystal Palace vs Millwall

It's a shocker of a challenge, hard to believe MO didn't see it and it needed VAR and a review. What where was he looking?

    Man Utd vs Ipswich

I'd nipped to the loo and came back to see ref looking at monitor. Fearing the worst (a town player red...) then I saw the challenge and I agree it's a red all day.

    Handball = Mind blank

Its red card for the handball and a penalty but don't sweat it, it's a learning process that you only get better with more games and experience 👍 As for glasses, yes, it's guidance as per the above. I always ask if lenses are plastic (they nearly all are these days) and advise about safety...

    Mindset / psychology advice

At a ladies game a couple of weeks ago the only person I warned about dissent was a lady I know is a referee .... (Was borderline sin bin)
