Yes. My point is that I got nominated last season as well and had no appointments, now I have two in one month! Not complaining just interested.

Out of interest .. does anyone know how they decide to appoint people to FA cup competitions? Last year I had none, this year I have two already. I know my county nominated me but how do they decide? Random somewhat?

And then I have one system this season where I have to opt in to when I’m available! I can’t keep up!

2 years now and got my first one, only because I never close my dates 😂

Hi all I have got my first MOAS appointment. An extra prelim game. This is my first via MOAS and will be the highest level game I have ever officiated on. I am an AR. What badge do I wear to the game, county ok? Is there anything else I need to know? Thanks

Whilst we are on whistles and one hate the fox 40 and anyone use a acme tornado 2000

I think he has been on it and has let contact go that would usually be called fouls but have no effect on the overall play. Tough sell at Sunday league level some of them!

Hi all What’s people’s go to in soaking wet conditions in terms of equipment? Last season I had a laminated ref sheet and sharpie and write on cards and ref six.. all of these failed to work due to the driving rain. I literally had to keep the cautions in my head (not ideal obviously)...

I don’t necessarily agree with this way but … in hockey if it hits your foot on the area it’s a penalty corner. Could we have something similar? If it hits your hand accidental or not it’s a sanction , penalty / some kind of penalty corner? Peoples thoughts?

If he was stood directly next to him feet touching in an offside position but didn’t make any action still not offside?

Does the keeper have to dive into him for it to be interfering or is the pure fact he didn’t dive because he was there enough

He does the top bullet point for me. Nothing in the laws that says about the keeper being able to save the ball or not. That I can see..
