Our CFA said it’s ou discretion but those doing OA remember it’s adults basically if it’s not at you or another player unless it’s excessive just leave it.

We were actually told by CFA if your over 18 give your name so if they report a incident we can contact you quicker to hear your side and support as needed advised against it under 18 for safe guarding

From what OP said it sounded a lot like had to be there so thinks it’s harsh to be slamming people either way.

Odd question doesn’t apply to me as I’m a fair bit older but can a 16 year old do U16 or U18s as I know they can do OA.

Doesn’t exist on Northern or Women's National as often named first but never been senior but for woman's I have been paired a lot with 4s from mens so would make zero sense me being senior.

I had to have a full debrief on mine but I’m also doing women pathway which needs 2 AR games so might be why had 2 observation in a week a middle yesterday as well.

Honestly from the original post and knowing coaches I’m inclined to believe it’s at his player as generally that comment would be odd at a ref. It’s up to personal preference but I’m honestly probably assuming it’s at a player and unless it’s overlay aggressive considering it part of coaching at OA.

It’s down to your interpretation if you thought it was at you it’s a yellow personally from what you described I think I’m not booking as to me I have to be sure it’s at me because that at his own player I think is fair game in OA.

Academy's can also be different e.g. I did PL Tournament twice u14 and u15 all cards were non sin bin even had a rep from PL there who told us apparently academy’s don’t use them.

Different Leagues use different systems I have 3 I’m regularly rotating on and 1 I fill in and have 3 systems to deal with between them.

Some Friendly Cups is no Sin Bin but sanctioned also had one on line where a team was above sin bin level and the other wasn’t CFA Instruction was to play without I know it’s not LOTG but FA rule and all sanctioned.
