Yeah I expressed interest on doing Promotion through Mens pathway and was offered the chance at both.

I am oddly going for two separate Promotions one on mens side and separately on woman’s pathway as my local FA offered slightly oddly by the equivalent gradings if I got both I will be higher on the female than male pathway anyone else had this not saying I will 100% get either of course.

Or make it totally legal at full time people will wait then and everyone’s happy

Actually to me a qualified ref acting as CAR often forgets and sometimes does to help as they forget there not appointed had this as with a Level 5 who coaches on a Sunday we actually laughed after as he admitted he forgot he was a CAR.

Think it depends I did OA middles almost straight off and seem to be ok have also done some lines in finals / slightly higher up alongside that said I’m 24 so being 16 I imagine is much tougher starting out in OA

I had the same on my Saturday Leauge but put through original name as was on WGS and reported to Leauge suspect he is 1 away from a ban as it’s a cup game next week think they were trying to avoid him being banned.

Boxing in some countries allow it with the exception of fighters

This is taught in academy’s to be fair if they don’t get back when asked there in the book don’t mind it personally.
