    Man Utd V Man City

Everything about that shape says he is looking to hit it. His head, his standing foot, and he draws his leg back .. Ederson is in a position that is directly related to the offside player with the ball. Ederson positions his feet and hands in relation to the offside player.

    Man Utd V Man City

I didn't base a decision on the screen shot, I used it to emphasise a point. Rashford went beyond moving towards the ball. He is running with the ball and is effectively in possession. He is shielding the ball from the Man City player for his team mate to score.

    Man Utd V Man City

He is not running towards it. He is effectively in possession of the ball. He is so close to the ball he could do a stop over. Here he has to be effecting his opponent.

    Man Utd V Man City

The Man City defender cannot run directly towards the ball because Rashford is in front of him and runs across him within a foot of the ball. Rashford has effected his opponent.

    Heading ban for u12s (England)

It is a trial for some U12 leagues and tournaments, but the details? Corners? Thrown ins? The keeper? It would be very interesting to see the specifics of this.
