    WBA Chavski

Baggies fan here. On the whole I thought MO was ok. However he missed the most blatant handball ever (posted above), but I must admit from my vantage point I missed it in real time. Another time we are launching a counter attack when a Chelsea fan enters the field from the home area...

Where do you put your flags at the end of the season?

Always leave mine in my kitbag, unless a CAR has decided to cover them in mud in which case I will wash them and then put them back in my kitbag.

    ManUre v Chelski

Same for me, you could also argue he was trying to move his arm away from it.

    Something you don't see often

In England and certainly in my area, defending teams always have their CAR on their own backline. This is due to the reasons stated in @GraemeS post in this thread.

    Something you don't see often

Thanks for the advice guys, so the general consensus is I should have stuck with my decision to disallow it, that must be why it's been niggling in the back of my mind since it happened. I will further explain why I gave the goal. I have done this team a few times this season and that CAR...

    Something you don't see often

Well I ended up in a bit of a predicament this afternoon. Blues v Reds, Blues are much better than reds and are 3 goals up during the first half. In the 40th minute Blues launch a quick counter attack so I am rushing to keep up with play, from a wide position the winger centres the ball for...

Ladies The keeper takes a penalty

There is two step 7 teams around by me that have their keeper's take the penalties from open play.

    Shot myself in the foot

From the way you have described it (even without you saying 'no' when the player asks) it does sound like it has to be given as a backpass. Moral of the story, don't change your mind.

    Open Age Sending off

Unless I have interpreted @Peej's post wrong, the keeper wasn't shouting at peej, he was shouting at the player who was requesting the 10 yards... Either way, it's a red, so great decision.

    It's the little things..

I feel like I need to post where credit is due. Orange v Blue, Blue on the attack, player gets fouled but as he does he still manages to release the ball to his winger. Blue player right next to me shouting "Ref, Ref, Foul" Me: I've seen it, play on advantage. Winger drills a low ball to back...

    Goal or No Goal?

Certainly not a goal. Not sure if you watched the whole video but the goalkeeper said in interview exactly what you read on the other forum.

    Ben Foster 'Timewasting'

Fair enough fella's, like I said he could have placed the ball before. However I usually give a warning first before I card for timewasting, Friend certainly didn't warn him publically but that's not to say he didn't do so.

    Ben Foster 'Timewasting'

Interesting one today at the Baggies game. We had a free kick in our own penalty area. Ref (Kevin Friend) signals the sub to be made. Foster has the ball in his hands waiting to place it for the freekick. Sub comes on and Foster starts placing the ball, straight away Friend gives him a yellow...

    Referee Observer

Exactly Graeme, I myself was lucky to have another ref with me when I called my first game off. He showed me what to look for and I thank him for that because I'd have been stumped. The ref in my game should have twigged the pitch wasn't playable when he threw the ball up in the centre circle...
