I have been invited as a witness to a personal hearing for a manager who got reported by me (the AR) and the Ref for an incident after a game. Any advice on what to expect, dress codes etc. i have never attended one and i am quite nervous to be honest.

    Incorrectly taken throw in

I agree except i think in this scenairio it will be easier to sell a foul throw than an incorrectly taken throw in

    Ball back to the keeper

in my opinion if in the referees opinion the attacker had a touch of the ball, no matter how slight, it resets it. no action taken against the keeper

GK in control when... touching it with any part of the hands?

many technical terms are of the same nature especially legal terms.

GK in control when... touching it with any part of the hands?

you can say that again. I issued a caution earlier this season because players won't accept the fact a player doesn't need both hands on the ball for it gonna considers control

GK in control when... touching it with any part of the hands?

they are not new terms they are defining rather they are technical terms.

GK in control when... touching it with any part of the hands?

I'll think one aim of the law is to protect the players. if at he moment of contact by the attacker the GK still has contact with the ball with any part of the arms or hands then an offense has been committed

GK in control when... touching it with any part of the hands?

the law though seeks to protect players of they are in a vulnerable position i.e. keeper leading with his arms and getting to the ball first

    Racism/abuse from spectators

no one deserves to be abused because of their race, gender or sexual orientation. you don't need to be a bleeding heart to believe that. you only need to be a decent human being. just my two cents worth.

    Racism/abuse from spectators

you are actually agreeing with me

    Racism/abuse from spectators

that is the reality indeed. but it does build a picture. if team A keeps getting a reported of racism or homophobia even with no witnesses by different teams, or the flip side; team B keeps reporting other teams. the fa or league might send a secret observer.

to be fair it normally works for me cos the keepers release it pretty quick

    .

very easy sell though since you have witnesses on the offenders team who heard you counting. but if the keeper had time for the ref to get in position and a give a slow six second count them he probably deserved to have an idfk anyway
