I think at u11 its more educational than competitive. at that sort of age group i personally make them take it again until they get it right.
in any case persistent infringement in the law is really for persistent fouling rather than anything eelsee
I applied to go to this tournament just to experience refereeing in other countries with different teams. Has anyone had any experience with them in the past? Is it any good.
If you look at replay from 37:28 you can tell that it was more than "a little bit of a touch"

I once stopped an u13 match 15 minutes early It was winter in freezing cold with rain lashing down and the score at 12-1. Both managers agreed that we stop it early. I could probably have got in trouble with the CFA if they had found out. but i don't regret it as no one was enjoying that match...
What is the guidance on the procedure for the minutes silence this sunday. does it come before handshake, coin toss etc. Any help will be appreciated. I haven't received any guidance from my CFA.
Well if they make a complaint to you are duty bound to report it. You are officially the eyes and ears of the FA. If they do go on make a complaint about it to their CFA the first person they would contact would be you. you can pre-empt that by sending in a report
