    What would you do?

Not sure if Ive missed something major, but to me it seemed like a fairly obvious handball, red card, penalty situation...

    Being assessed during promotion

Be calm, relaxed, and dont forget the little things. There should be an assessment criteria available from your RDO/RO, so maybe see if you can have a look at that for some more specific guidance. One thing assessors really like from my experience is communication, so make sure you talk A LOT...

    Junior/Youth Lenience

I haven't done a youth game in quite a while, but for me, it has always been a caution when a caution is needed and a red when red is needed. You are the referee, not a coach.

    Junior/Youth Camcorders

Its always useful to have the league/competiton/FA safeguarding officer number handy (usually in the handbook), so you can direct any questions to them. You are the match referee, there to ensure the competition rules and LOTG are adhered too. If the rules don't cover it, then its not up to you.

    Touch line flags

I don't often use them, but I have a set of the touchlines, non rubber, and I find the size and weight of the handle to be perfect. Yes it could do with being a little bit more 'rubbery' as it can become difficult when wet, but I find them to be great.

    Will coloured kits be allowed.....

I am currently abroad in a country where coloured kits are allowed, and my goodness does it cause problems! I have always been an advocate of wearing colours other than black, but now, my mind has seriously changed!
