Why can't it be recorded for FA use? Top level referees shouldn't have anything to hide. It would certainly stop players ranting at refs, and that would filter down to non-league soon enough so I'm all for it!

Completely agree with Dan. I used to have an issue in the first few minutes of the second half, especially free kicks where the players involved were standing the same way around as the first half. I overcame this by explaining the foul and saying who'd fouled who, so that the players knew whose...

It's the same if the GK brings down the opponent with his hands, or pulls him back, or pushes him over. All DFKs outside the PA, all penalties inside the PA, and at least a caution, possibly DOGSO if the opponent could've scored.

I did 2 games in a day on Saturday for the first time in over 20 years! Coventry City U18 v Brentford, followed by Coventry Sphinx v Leamington. I was worried about the ankles, but they held up well. However I completely forgot about the pate! Just starting to peel now....

It also depends greatly upon the rapport you have with that player, and if you're going to be nice to them (or not!)
