It’s my understanding that you don’t need to.
In my county at least, we only HAVE to use the whole game system if there are cards or other reports to make.
Further to that. With Violent conduct there surely has to be intent? The intent to hurt someone. This is a stupid professional foul but to suggest he was trying to hurt him I think is a stretch.
I don’t see a red card here.
It’s a stupid tackle but he doesn’t really endanger the oponant and doesn’t really strike him, more trips him.
Certainly a yellow for me for breaking up promising attack.
This is something I always forget to do.
I’ve just been shouting play on 99% of the time. I realised after my last match when I said advantage too that players seemed much happier and didn’t tell me afterwards that they were fouled. I felt I had much better control and positive communication...
While it’s nice to receive good club marks, they really need to be taken with a pinch of salt.
Sour grapes often cloud these.
Good luck with your hearing. I remember reading your post. I don’t know what managers etc get out of it sometimes. I’m not sure these people enjoy the game half the time.
This is the problem with club marks.
Depending on a few decisions to one club you’re great and to the other you’re crap.
You showed consistency and that’s what you should do.
If you ref that team again you know how to deal with things and them. Dissent equals card. They either shut up or...
Sounds like an awful situation.
Get as many extraordinary reports in as you can.
If they’re going to have to explain their low mark for you, you can cause them as many problems as you can- they deserve all they get for that behaviour.
With regards to the red cards; don’t see anything wrong...
I don’t see how if committed simultaneously.
It’s like allowing advantage and then calling back after a mistake.
No double bit at cherry for advantage and shouldn’t be punished twice.
This is my opinion and on my interpretation.
Choosing to punish the most serious offence in terms of restart...
It is my interpretation that if you are punishing the more serious offence then the outcome should have been either: handball, no card, DFK or not giving required distance, yellow card, IDFK.
To do both is punishing both offences committed at the same time.
As you don’t have to stop play for...
The course is fun and very practical. Hands on stuff.
Familiarise yourself with re-starts. That’s one thing they ask.
Knowing direct/indirect free kick etc. Scoring an own goal from a corner. Odd scenarios which don’t happen very often if at all.
Enjoy it. 🙂
