    Player with no name

Sounds like you dealt with a tricky situation well mate. Also, if a player gives you a false name or no name at all, still send them off and report the shirt number and club to your county FA and they will do the rest. Personally I would have shown the red card to the player just to be sure...

    Handball ref.

Also, a big factor that you would have to judge before you give the foul is the length of time from when the ball bounced from her foot to her arm, if they had time to move their arm and didn't it's a handball.

    Handball ref.

Sounds to me like you got this one right, I would have given it too. Also, one thing that really bugs me is when a qualified ref gives you grief instead of advice (was the red lino having a go or just saying he disagreed?) as since becoming qualified I simply can't have a go at a fellow ref...

When you signal for throw ins, try and make sure your arm is a little bit above the...

How old do you have to be to ref an under 16s game

I understand your frustration, but the rule is there for a reason. I really don't want to sound mean or arrogant but I don't think Reffing open age at 14 is a good idea. You may well be a great ref with good match control, but imagine being a 25 year old player, and a 14 year old turns up to...

    Throw-Ins

Foul throws can be a tricky one mate. The easiest one to call is when the thrower lifts their foot up, there is no arguing with that one as it is a matter of fact, not opinion. When I first started reffing, a problem I faced and one by the sound of things you did in the U15 game, is consistency...
