Not sure if this has been spoken about before on here, but what is the consequence for violent conduct between teammates? Had this at the weekend and was forced to abandon the match.

In a game today, the home goalkeeper had a nearly identical kit to the away team, it was agreed that he would wear a bib, but not without some dispute. Should the away team change their kit if there is a kit clash with the home goalkeeper?

Could I ask where you get your information for fines by caution/dismissal code? I can't find any.

You can find them on refstop and some other websites, they are just stickers to put on your cards so you can record who's been cautioned and who's been sent off.

Does using these not mess with the caution procedure? Could you explain your process of cautioning a player please?

When issuing a red card, I tend to do it almost immediately without taking the name first, asking one of the other players for the name. The advice I have received is to issue the red card quickly so to calm any growing tensions between the players, and this is the way I'm used to doing it. I...
