at youth level give 'em a break of they want it if it's a bit of a hot day. if the other team complain then pretend you needed that break your self. it's just grass roots football not the clipping champions league final
Edited: to fix grammatical errors
I was recently an AR at a game where the ref added 18 minutes of stoppage time even though there were no major incidents. he stopped his watch every time a player in the team that was leading by 1 goal, went down for an injury. that happened only about 9 times in th second half. if the other...
the only time I have seen people (including myself) at risk if losing match control because of quick free kicks (or rather free kicks taken without the whistle) was when the referee has already intervened similar to the example from Spain above or in my case when the defender had questioned why...
In this instance i think its poor refereeing as the the referee was o the spot and it looked like he was going to manage it.
But hypothetical situation: if the white player had quickly got up and shot it into the goal before the referee got to the spot don't you think that would be excellent...
actually it depend son what you think is the first offense. You could choose to ignore blues 9 actions in which case it would be a penalty for blue as the keeper first tried to trip when 9 was running away. but in this case not really important when the ref stopped it but what he stopped it for.
it seems blue 9 stole the lucky charm of the yellows keeper. but what is the corect response and restarts.
i will have gone for sending off for blues 9 and yellows keeper and correct restart indirect free kick for yellows.
any thoughts?
The things is, I havnt seen many guys at the top stopping quick free kicks.
also speaking of the guys at the top how much offensive and abusive language at the top without the referee taking action
can someone please do me a massive favour with helping me get a copy of this.
I havnt used my flags for a couple of years and have forgotten how to pair them. I would be very grateful to anyone that can help me out
please :):):):)
by stopping the quick free kick you are just giving the defenders more time to organise themselves hence punishing the attackers.
I have never heard of attackers complaining to the referee for allowing a free kick even if the lose the ball.
