    Hi everyone, I have only ever linesmanned at school before so haven’t had a proper scheduled game. On Saturday I am am NAR for an u13 ESFA u13 fixture, what should I do before the game. E.g when to turn up, what to say to the ref etc.. Appreciate all advice👍

I explained that both had hands on each other and then he suddenly took an aggressive manner and said”shut up you’re a rubbish ref find a new job” for which I cautioned him.     I agree, I think as we are taught on the course, we need to help the spirit of the game and that it should be about giving them all a chance to play football and start to learn that the refs decision is final and they can’t argue back like the players do when they watch their team in the premier...

    Exactly, there are more spectators than there are at my u15 games and I was really surprised none of them stepped in and reminded them where they were and of their responsibilities
