These games are always really competitive and great fun to referee! I've just been appointed to Norwich city ladies u17's vs Arsenal ladies u17's this weekend, buzzing for it!

Its quite hard to judge from the camera angle, and as I like to say, if your going to criticise a referee, criticise him from the angle that he has!

I see nothing wrong with coloured whistles, I have been encouraged to use one before because it gives a small indication of you being human and its the only piece of kit/equipment you can personalise, I have used a yellow one in the past and if an assistant mistaken it for a caution, I would...

To be honest I think FL referees will need to become full-time in the near future as the game is getting faster, with full time jobs, they won't be able to keep up as they won't be able to put enough time into training!
