As a ref who wears glasses due to a bad experience with contact lenses I am often asked by parents why am I wearing glasses as it sets a bad example to the kids when i tell players especially in winter that they probably shouldn't play as they are at risk off getting hit. Which I understand but...
May be a bit different to what your looking for but I find that doing things like a park run every weekend can help as just by doing that once a week helped me improve my fitness levels.
Do the same yellow in shorts right and red in top left but whatever pocket it goes in seem to catch on the pocket and tear it might starting using card skins or masking tape which is better when you have relatively large handwriting? Any comments appreciated.

Am hoping to do some u14 games this season and was wondering about the tolerance level for cautions and dismissals at this level. Really I would have thought it would be the same as adults as they should knows the laws by this age as only did u11 and u12 last season.

Am absolutely heartbroken but I thought Anthony Taylor had an outstanding game let it flow and only intervened when needed. Shame we can’t have refs like this every week.
Personally for me i would say it is an orange card due to being reckless in the tackle but their was a little bit of excessive force but a genuine attempt to play the ball.
